Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Fossil purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that personalized or embossed items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in the original packaging, including all tags and manuals, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
